PANCAKE RECIPE

PANCAKE RECIPE 

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag Tasty Smart Pancake Mix
  • 1 Vegg
  • 1 tbsp Plant-based butter
  • ¾ cup Plant-based milk

Instructions:

  1. Heat the skillet over medium-low heat.
  2. Combine all ingredients and stir until large lumps disappear. Let stand 3 - 4 minutes to thicken.
  3. Pour slightly less than ¼ cup batter for each pancake onto the lightly greased skillet.
  4. Cook for 2 minutes on the first side or until the pancakes bubble and bottoms are golden brown. 
  5. Turn and cook for 1 more minute.

 

Tasty Recommendation for ‘vegg’
Combine 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal with 3 tablespoons of water. Mix together and let sit for 5 minutes to set up and thicken.


Tasty Recommendation for plant-based milk 

For pancakes, we suggest oat milk.

This mix is made with raw flour. It is not ready-to-eat and must be thoroughly cooked before eating. Wash hands, utensils, and surfaces after handling.
