All our recipes are made with high quality ingredients and are designed by one of our founders, Ailed González Quintana, who since 1996 at the age of 14 was diagnosed with “Celiac Sprue”, who cannot consume gluten from that so. From that moment on, Ailed began to experiment with other products to achieve the same taste and texture of the products she consumed before her diagnosis. This is how TASTY SMART started.
